Eatin' Good....Time to Fall Back!
That's right...Happy November 1st and don't forget you get that extra hour of sleep tonight. Time to reset your clocks to Standard Time. Sure going to start getting dark early now!
Had an off and on kind of day....I usually bounce back from surgery so well but I sure feel "off" from this one. I just can't shake the nausea and dizziness. Almost feels like the flu. So needless to say I can't eat much.
Out of bed....coffee, still not tasting quite right...sigh
Somewhere around 11...NSA yogurt
Later...broccoli cheese soup (maybe 3/4 C), no crackers
Then....2 slices cheese
So far that's it, so once again my protein is way off and I'm usually over on my grams. I did manage to get my water and vitamins and calcium in so far, so I should get the rest done before bed. But not real sure if I'll eat again tonight or not. It just makes me feel yuck.
Thanks for letting me whine, yet again. I know I'll feel better one of these days and I can't wait to get back to normal. How did you all do today? I can't wait to see if anybody came up with something exciting and new to nosh on. Talk on, my friends.

snack- nadda
Supper- Teaspoon mashed taters with cream of mushroom soup on them,2 bites porkchop very small bites,teaspoon peas, ate maybe a 1/4 of it all.
Gail said sheesh you're a cheap date now LOL. Vitamines in, The rest gotta work on.
