I figured my body fat and BMI at the gym this morning and guess what? They say that my body fat is in the average range and my BMI is in the mid-point normal range...HOOP DE DOO!!!! All of these things seem so silly but too are such a big deal when Ive been so abnormal for years!!! lol
Some would argue that I still am...

Hey, when I got back from the gym today guess what and who was waiting for me in my driveway? My 11 year old grandson Kenan with his first 6 point buck. He was excited but not nearly as excited as his daddy...our son said he sure was glad none of his buddies were in the woods with them because he got all wild and emotional about Kenan's first kill...he said it would have been embarrasing. I sure was excited for him and of course I took some pics...will have those at the next meeting.
Well, working out didnt make the sore stuff go away, in fact I think it made it more obvious what was sore! I guess I jarred myself pretty good.

O man! CONGRATS to the grandson! Mikes been out ALL season so far for archery and NOTHIN! We have A LOT Of poachers out here tho-every single weekend they are out poaching! IT STINKS! Last year-we found (well, ALL of us that live around here, not JUST US) 6 bucks-heads or antlers cut off-and the rest of the meat laying there for dead!!! All of that meat that could have fed families or whomever-AND....the kids having to see those animals laying there with their heads cut off-cuz they would leave them right in the road or half in the road, half in the ditch-didnt care!!! Some people, I swear-I dont know how some people sleep at night!! I pray that they make right before its too late!!!
