Hi OH Well, I have one more cigarette left and then I am done!! I have been savoring it all day lol. I know I can do this especially with the help of all my OH friends. I am just looking at it as a stepping stone to a happier, healthier Chelle. It really won't be long now until Jul 16th.  Janet and Mel I haven't forgot you I will be sending both of you an email tonight. Weekends around here get a little crazy with my four kids visiting along with all three of the grandkids. I don't know if I told everyone this or not but it looks like I am going to be a nana again my 18 yrs old daughter told me last Mon that she is going to have a baby.  I was really hoping for her to go to college and get married before she had a baby butI support her fully.  I guess she'll continue living here for a while so I can help her with her pregnancy and then the baby when he or SHE comes along. I guess we kinda know what I am hoping for. I really don't care as long as she or he is healthy. Well I need to get some emails done and get ready to watch Hells kitchen so I will talk to everyone later. I hope everyone is feeling well and if there are those who aren't I will pray for you.  Take care Hugs Michelle

Chelle, I'm so praying and pulling for you in quitting smoking.  Now you have another reason to quit, a new baby in the house.  No secondhand smoke from you!!!   You will be so much healthier after surgery and stopping the cigarettes is the first step.  Way to go!!! Hugs, Lana

hello Michelle CONGRATS!!!!   My husband and I quit smoking almost 2 years ago on the same day and lived to tell about it.  I want to let you know there is a web sight that helped us and can help you also if you really want to do this.  WHYQUIT.com is the sight... It tell you what to expect when quitting.  you will go though some weird things the first 3 day then go though a FOG for about 2 weeks, after that it gets alot easier.  Let me know how you do.  Also a good thing to do is tell everyone you know that you hav quit (it will hold you to it)....   again good luck and "never take another puff"/ Melisa x-smoker of 15 years

Hi Chelle!

What a wonderful day for you! A new life begins for  your family! I hope you get a girl too, but as far as I know grandma's love whatever comes out! Congratulations! As far as that last cigarette goes, I hope that will be the last one. I finally gave up my smoking habit of 26 years last summer.  Believe me, if I can put them down and not look back, you can too! I know you have probably already heard that you will feel so much better, and I can tell you that it is so true.  Good Luck!!
