B-12 injectable

Hi All, Wondering if anyone takes the b-12 injections and if so how much are you injecting? Thanks, MOGal

yes i injects this myself. I give myself 1mg a month.

Hi Jan- I see that you are doing injections once a month-  I get mine every other month- but I feel like Im worn down and needing a shot at about the 1 month time.  Do you take yours monthly because of this? I was wondering if it was possible to take mine monthly as well.
