I am home

Hello Missouri.... We finally made it home today...it has been a long five days....just as we were getting ready to leave on Friday we got a call from my mother in law to tell us that my hubby's grandma had passed away Thursday night....so we went prepared to go to the funeral....her funeral was yesterday and then we had to have some car work done before we could leave to drive back...so we finally got on the road at around 1030pm last night and we rolled into St Robert this morning at around 730am....I am totally exhausted... Thought I would drop a line to let everyone know that we made it home safely before I lay down to take a cat nap....still have to get some laundry done for work tomorrow.... I was really sad last night when we first left because we went to say good-bye to Dalton before we left town....I miss him so much already....he is doing excellent....my sister in law already had some chores set for him and he has done nothing but play, play, and play some more...he is having an excellent time so far....It will just be a little over a month before I see him again and then we fly to California for a week and when we come back we will bring him home with us.... I am glad to see that Tammy is doing ok...Hope everyone else has been doing good...I will post again tomorrow when I get to work...my pillow is calling me pretty hard... Rachael So sorry to hear about your grandma.  I am glad to see that you made a safe trip and that Dalton is having so much fun.  I will pray for all of your family with your loss and all the trips you will be making.  Take care  Susan
