We live on N. Wayne Ave. South of Englewood between Antioch and Flora. I just started attending the meetings in Lee Summi****ch the board on the Wednesday before the meeting and Colette or Toni will post.

We must meet sometime.

Hello Carol, Well I have Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield and also medicare is my secondary. however, I have to have both knees and my right hip replaced, so I think this helped in getting approval...you know medically necessary.  The orthopeadic dr. said there was nothing he could do for my knees but replace them and my right hip socket is completely woreout. I had to have the orthopeadic dr. submit a letter stating that he could not do the surgery with all the excess skin. Hope this helps you. Julie
