~~Prayer Request Tuesday~~

Please pray for my cousin who had gotten herself into alot of trouble with the law and lost her way to Jesus.  She must go to Prison for 120 days.  She has never been in jail for more that 2 days before and she is scared.  I am proud of her, she has been clean for over 60days.  I know this doesnt sound like much time but for someone who was on drugs everyday for years this is awsome!  She has also found salvation with our Lord Jesus Christ and has given your life over to him.  I pray for her to keep him in her head and heart.  Thank you for all your prayers.  Also for Wings my angel, (without her I would have given up this new life I am about to start)!  God Bless you Sis, Love Susan

Hello everyone, Tammy asked me to do her prayer request while she is in the hospital...so-here goes. Please remember Tammy in prayer, as well as Denise, Beca and Mel as they recover from surgery. Lets pray that their recoveries are uneventful and speedy. Please remember all our pre-ops getting ready for surgery-for peace of mind and strength. Please pray for Sherr-that her knot is just a pulled muscle and nothing serious and that if she needs to be seen at the doctor, that there will be funding to do so. thanks.

For all our members fighting with ins co.'s, denials and testing, lets pray that they will get good results. thanks. For anyone on our board with physical, emotional, financial, relationship, or family issues-lets pray everything works out for them. thanks.

I will pray for Tammy!   This is my first visit to the boards. I see my surgeon today for the first time. I was just approve, Praise God!  I am about 325 now and 5'10".  I was going to a food addiction group during my wait for approval. I figured that would help me. I also have been reading the book Sugar Shock, since I struggle with sweets most often.  I am expecting to start my liquid diet as soon as tomorrow and have surgery the week of Fathers Day. But I will know for sure today. I am going through Newstart. I will be having the gastric bypass. Dr. Richardson is my surgeon. I am so happy to have found a local board.

Please add Rachael to the prayer request. Her husbands g-ma passed away while they were on their way towards her. Rachael wont be bac****il Wed sometime. Please pray that they have a safe trip home and for the loss of thier family member. Mel

Okay I KNow I already posted BUT please add me to the list. I went and cleaned the house today and afterwards I went to go pay some bills. When I got out of the car to go in and pay a bill the front of my shorts and shirt were covered in blood. Needless to say I flew home and my incesion was bleeding. I called my doc and he had me come in right away. When I got there he looks at my incesion and saw where it was bleeding but said it wasnt open to bad. He then turned around and cut a hole in my incesion and packed it was sterile gauze. He also put he on a new antiobotic and did a culture of my wound to see what is going on. He squeezed alot of fluid out of my incesion. And told me he just thought I got a fluid pocket built up under my skin. I go back in the morning to see what my surgeon says as he was on call at the hospital.    Please pray that it isnt nothng serious!!! God Bless Mel
