Good Morning Missouri
I hope you all are up and seeing this beautiful morning that God has given us. It is so perfect. No wind, no rain. Beautiful sunshine, Birds singing, quite and peaceful. What more could we ask for. As a little lady I use to take care of use to say. "All this and Heaven too".... She was 101 when she finally passed away and I still think of her sweet nature and lovely attitude . She had many hardships in her life and was still thankful for all that God had given her. When things get bad I try to think of what Miss Eva would have done and I always get a smile on my face. She had birthed 3 children and had lost all 3 of them before the age of 5 , her husband was killed in a railroad accident when she was pregnate with her last child. Her parents died when she was around 18 or so. She had one brother who died when he was 4 . She had no relatives , no family at all when I met her but she had many many friends, old and young that absolutely loved her and were there for her anytime she needed anything. She was a tiny woman about 5 foot tall and weighed about 90 pounds when I met her. She had the most interesting stories and had a wonderful and imaginative mind even at 101. I dont know what got me to waxing about Miss Eva but she has been one of the most unforgetable people I have ever met . Lovely ,lovely lady. I loved her
dearly. Jan
