Day 2
Day 2 isn't as bad as I thought.
1 cup coffee
1 cup coffee
1 cup 1% milk with sugarfree breakfast powder
2 tsp green beans ( lunch it looked so good DAMN IT)
1 campbells soup at hand
1 cup hot cocoa
1 cup cream celery soup
toniight for snack 1/2 cup sugar free banana cream pudding
Not to shabby I can't fricken believe it I am doing it. So is my hubby he has been doing this with me as well and I think that's what keeps me going......
There is no walk tonight my daycare kids are leaving by 6:30 and we are headed to a basketball game.............. but i did play outside and pick rocks today...................YAY........................

I'm glad the day wasn't too bad for ya!
And I get what you're doing, purging and all... But sweetie, I don't see NEARLY enough protein in there. You KNOW that's your #1 priority, nutrition-wise, you still need to fuel your body. Don't forget that, k??? However you choose to get it, through milk, protein shakes or maybe some greek yogurt - just be sure you don't skimp on that.
