HAPPY SURGEVERSARY FOR ME!!!
Wow, I can not believe it has been 1 year since surgery!! Hubby is gonna take some new pics tongiht and I will post them later. I am just amazed at all the changes in my life and so happy for my health. I have the Dr appt next wednsday and will let everyone know about my numbers, but I think they are gonna be really good!!!!

I'm so glad to have gotten to know you.....Without this WLS I would of never met you, So I'm glad I was over weight, cuz I got to meet all you wonderful people on here........
Congrat's on your 1 year......You look fabulous......And you have your health, which was the main reason for this surgery....I hope you plan on going out for dinner or something, you deserve it.

I am over the top about my health, I know I am not quite at goal yet, but I am sure ok with that, as my health is so much better!!!

there's nothing like that one-year re-birth-day ! HUGE congratulations and keep up the fantabulous work! The WOWs will be fewer and far between, but my experience yesterday morning proves they WILL continue as long as you work your program! Way to go! Hugs galore, Patti
