Need a Protein Snack? Try these!

I ordered (1) beef stick from www.vitalady.com along with my other stuff I get from her because the stats on these were awesome. 15g of protein in 1 stick!

I do not usually like beef sticks because they usually give me a tummy ache, are too salty, are too greasy, too much of the fake smoke flavor, etc.

But these, OMG, these tasted wonderful! A little spicy but not overly spicy. Great texture, great taste, not greasy. I thought these would be a great on-the-go snack as they are individually wrapped and do not need to be refrigerated.

Cheapest online retailer I have found is
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/sf/beef.html?CJAID=10409943&CJPID=1669923 where the price is for a 20-count box and is $25.89. Vitalady's are about double that. I did find a website that had them as low as $24 but they didn't have the Original flavor, which is what I was looking for. They also come in Black Pepper and Teriyaki.

Here's the NUT label for the Original flavor.

these sound really good-I too like the meat stick idea but find that most of them in the store are too greasy/salty.  Love the fact that they are individually wrapped too-cause I need things to carry with me.
thanks!!

Nice find!  Thanks :)  Have you ever tried the ostrich sticks?  I've had them and they were great.  Here's a link:  http://www.netrition.com/ostrim_page.html
