Excerise~~
I'm so proud of myself today I just had to share. I made a commitment this week that I would exercise 3xs a week. (I really do not like to excerise) Well today is day number 2 that I have worked out. So far I'm on track. Today I went to the Gym and did the treadmill. I have not done the treadmill in many months. Oh my gosh what a difference 118lbs can make. I felt so much lighter on my feet than in the past. I was able to walk faster than ususal. On the treadmill I lasted 45 mins ended up walking 2.5 miles. In the past I would have changed the speed down many time but managed at the same speed for 40 mins until it was time to cool down.
Lately, I have been trying to find a balance between being a mom, wife, working full-time, exercise, my new social life and managing the house. Geez that is a lot!! But, as Lisa Joy says you have to make a plan, stick to it, and make it work (something like that you get the point)!! I'm committed to trying to do that making a plan and sticking to it!! Well, I feel great that I worked out today. I will have to tell my husband to reminded me of how good it feels each time I think about not working out.
