Calcium Citrate Chewables

For months I've been searching for calcium citrate chewable wafers.  I've been checking in all the local grocery stores (in the natural foods aisle and vitamin aisle).  I've checked GNC, etc.  Well, I finally found a company that sells them online.

I know that some out-of-city grocery stores carry this in the natural foods section.  But the prices online are half the cost you pay at the grocery store.  Kelly (Adriannamae) gets hers from a grocery store up in her neck of the woods and pays $15+ a bottle.  I bought them online for $7.62/bottle and $5 shipping.  I ordered three at a time.

So, since I went thru the trouble of trying to find it, I thought I'd just post this info.  No, I don't have stock in the company.  Its just such a significant price difference.

Have you tried them?  How's the taste??

How do these compare to normal chewables?

I hated the taste at first.  Sort of like chewing on a piece of chalk that tasted like fruit.  But, it sure beats having to swallow 6 large pills (12 when you cut them in half) a day.  I'm used to the taste.  Honestly, not bad.  Just hard to find.
