I think I had a WOW moment

I went to the Twins game on Saturday evening with family and friends and for the first time in many years, I didn't feel completely uncomfortable in the seat.  I was able to sit and not touch all sides of chair with my butt!!  I just smiled inside and felt good about it.

What a great feeling!

I have to tell you that the last time I was in the Metrodome I was 331 pounds.  Lucky for me there was no one sitting in the seat next to me so I was able to "hang" over into that seat.  Well, I wasn't really as lucky as I thought.  Part way through the show I was there for a person from the row behind decided to use that chair as a step down a few rows.  He stepped on it and my "overage" got severly squished beneath the seat.  It hurt so bad I nearly cried, but was too embarrased as I was with someone I barely knew at the time.  I got home that evening to find a "home plate" size bruise across my buttocks and thigh.  It was the grossest thing ever and very painful.

I know that I would fit much better these days being down 120 pounds, but I'm not sure how willing I am to even try given my last experience.

So happy for you that you had this great moment!  How fun and worry free it must have been!

Great!  It is so awesome when we notice things like this and can smile and say-"Yes! I am doing it!"
