WOW Moments (in general, not mine)

It just dawned on me that as we all share our WOW moments that once we post one for ourselves we should print it off and put it in a safe place. That way on the days we're discouraged about our progress we can pull them out and remind ourselves how far we've come.
As we have all said many time before, the "head" portion of this journey is far more difficult than losing the weight, maybe this is one of the tricks to helping our head catch up with our bodies...just a thought.

I had a WOW moment this weekend...Linda and I took a bike ride Sunday morning and while on the bike I was thinking WOW....first real bike ride in 20 years!!! I was a little wobbly and the hills sort of kicked me, but I did it!!! Linda mapped it this morning and we did a bit over 2.5 miles. I had to give Linda a WOW too, she did half her ride on a flat back tire!!

What a great WOW!!! How fun that you guys biked together. I think you're living together is going to be so good for both of you in so many ways!
