7-21 and Today I vow I will!!!

I needed that little extra push in the title today...

I didn't post much this weekend...  I was bad... ok not that bad but still bad enough  sigh...

This is a new week and You know, I"m not that far from my goal...  I think I will push through this week - plan well and make a showing!  YES!  I WILL!


so with that,
TODAY I WILL!

- drink the dratted water!  It's not like it's going to kill me and I like the flavors!!
- eat protein!!!  get away from the damn carbs!
- get out and walk and listen to my music!!
- work on getting rid of dogs.  It's time they find new homes so that I can find mine again!
- not give in to Roger


And rather than sit here, I"m going to go and get on that!!  lol

Lori,  I get what you're saying.  I need an extra push everyday.  That's why I like this thread.

TODAY I WILL...
1) Drink at least 80oz. water.
2) Go to the grocery store and get healthy foods for DH and me.
3) Focus on my WORK today instead of on my personal stuff.
4) Do the last load of laundry and the delicates.
5) Start making a rewards list of things I want to use as rewards during this journey.
6) Start reading my book on Alaskan cruises and start finalizing plans to go next summer (now THAT will be an incentive...the lure of canoe trips near to a glacier, zip lining off a mountain, helicopter trips to drive a dog sled....ah, heaven.  Oh yeah, and on the complete reality check...booths on the trains!  Gotta not be worrying about that!)

Yes I agree I too need a good strong vow to do my goals today! I have been working hard trying to get through accounts, so that is why I am late posting today!

Today I will....get in 100 plus ounces of water/CL, keep away from the carbs the rest of the day (dratted pb filled pretzles), eat lots of protien, get laundry put away, go to Lia Sophia party and enjoy myself, go to bed at a reasonable time (couldn't get to sleep until 1:30 this morning), and look for something to wear to the funeral on Thurday.

I know we can do it!

Good afternoon everyone........

So sorry I don't post everyday.............

Today I will:                      Yesterday I did:

Drink 80oz.                                Drank 48 oz. water  oops....
Eat 3 meals, protein 1st               Ate 3 meals, Did pretty good
Be mindfull of what I eat             Had a 1/2 piece of strawberry rubarb
Walk/jog on treadmill                  pie from "Betty's Pie's" past Duluth.
                                                Took a 3 mile hike, this was awesome. 1.5 miles
                                                 uphill then back down.....


Being on a mini vacation in Duluth really through me this weekend.....We weren't allowed to bring in any food or drink to the airshow......They had water to purchase, but all the food was un healthy so I didn't eat from Breakfast till supper....I had the shakes so bad......Then we went to Pizza Luce' ordered a pizza, I couldn't eat it........So was still shaky and not feeling good......Got to the hotel and ate my Bananna & granola bar, then I felt better........I couldn't wait to get back home and eat my healthy food..........I like vacations, but food wise it is hard.
