45lbs gone, 5lbs left until I go fishing!!!

As of today... I am 45.6lbs down!! I am so happy! I have been waiting to get into the 250s for so long.

For 5-7 years, I held my weight at 250lbs so now I am trying to get back to that place... Once I do, that's when the real victories begin!!

Once I reach 50lbs lost, my mother and I are renting a boat and going out fishing. I LOVE fishing. I still have to go get a facial (my 40lbs lost gift to myself) though.

Tomorrow is my 3rd fill so I am hoping it'll help me get there quicker!!

In the last 2 months I have learned so much about my body... it's amazing. I love my band!

You have a good idea about treating yourself with non-food rewards!  Just make sure you actually claim those rewards.

Elena- I saw your rewards section on your blog.  I think that is such a fantastic idea.  Since I saw it I've been meaning to set up some rewards for myself as well.  The facial sounds like a fantastic idea.  I've been so nervous about going to a spa though...having to wear a bathrobe in front of others and what not . Anyway...the fishing sounds great and I hope that you have a good time.  Make sure that you cash in on those rewards soon!
