Thanks everyone that gave me more information. Julie, I think it is on a personal need basis. I have one due to many factors-now adding bypass, I want to make sure If I am alone someplace and pass out (which was a reality 2 weeks ago) and can not talk for myself,Emergancey persons will know what and what not to do.
