OT: motorcycle license

HI

Never in my life have I been on a motorcycle.  What has gotten into me?  I am taking a 2 day class to learn to ride and then they test you the 2nd day towards the end on class. 

My first time and I biffed it.  Totally!  I was so nearvous.  I have wanted to do this so I can ride with my hubby.  We were supppose to stop the bike as fast as we could.  Guess I locked up the tire and down I went.  Good one slick.  It sucked it was raining and it's harder to drive in the rain.

Does anyone else have their motorcycle license?  Anyone have any hints? 

I sure hope it isn't raining tomorrow for the test.  I hope I pass! I ain't leaving that place til I pass.  I can do it.I will do it! I am going to do it.  I will pass this test.  I want it!

Good Luck...I never could learn to drive the darn things. They were too heavy for me to handle. We always had Harleys...big ones!!

I have my motorcycle license.  I learned on a Kawasaki 650 which was tricky at times.  I sold my bike years ago when I didn't have a garage for it and regret selling it.  I'd love to get another one.  I didn't go to a class, but was taught by my Dad.  Did a LOT of practicing in parking lots!  I flunked the test the first time too - but got it on the second time.  I tested in ND which probably isn't too much different than here.  My advice is that once you get the license, NEVER let it lapse...even if you don't ride.  Keep paying extra for the endorsement.  I never want to take that test again!

Good luck and try not to get too nervous....if you're too nervous...that's when you make mistakes!
