Pregnancy after weight loss

Now I know I should talkt o my doctor and I will but I am looking for anyones experience after weight loss in getting pregnant and especially anyone who has had complications like having a hard time keeping weight and serious malnutrition. I just got married and we would like to have kids in the next couple of years but I don't know what to even think about or expect. I have an appt on Aug 8 to find out a little more but I am looking for your experiences here. thanks
