Best of luck and go slow.As with any other surgery read, read, read ,read, researcch and research some more. I to have DDD from prior surgery ailments/injury. It is a long road. Check into the lifeback program too. It is ran out of the  twin cities area and is a good program. I am in the 2nd yr of rehab there.
