Eggs?
That's okay you can't reply, but I'm glad to hear you are doing well. People tell me they can tell, and like you said in my face. It's so funny, before 20 pounds would be amazing, which is it, but now I want to lose more. It's like I took a cup of water out of the bathtub and there is so much more I want gone. Which will come in time!!
It has been a while...almost 4 years , but I did okay with eggs one day and then got stuck or on the same food type the next day (early out). I used to soft sramble an egg w/ cheese and save 1/2 of it for the next day, but I could NOT do reheated eggs and still cannot! So I just ate half and threw out the rest. Talk about a mind-shift...I would have never thrown away food before surgery!
The biggest thing for me was moist, and variety, because it seemed like I could never eat the same thing 2 days in a row. Just be patient and try new things in small amounts (slowly) at home. Before you know it, you will be able to eat almost anything (in much smaller quantities).
Oh, and YUM!!! I remember how excited and nervous I was to add back different foods into my diet. So congrats
on the GREAT weight loss and GO FOR IT Sarah!
