my biggest wow moment was when i dumped rob. without everything i've learned in the last four years directly relating to wls & everyone here, i never could have done it! i realized that i am worthy...even though i'm still not at goal.

last week when I weighed myself and was down 50lbs. That's half way to my goal weight.

For me it was running into a co-worker that I had not seen for at least a year. He didn't know who I was. He was so puzzeled that I knew his name. It was a good 10 minutes to convince him. I was also amused at how many people in my church would all of a sudden welcome me as a visitor. I must have really changed. Paul BTW, my wake up call was exactly the same as yours. I used to tell my kids I was too scared to ride the roller coaster.

Congrats Paul! Thanks for sharing such a great WoW! Weird when we realize that on the outwards we have changed because we "feel" the same on the inside!! Fun wake up call, huh?!?!?! But what great motivation to get fit and healthy~ kids!!!!

My greatest WOW moment..there are so many....okay this is it. I was out with a friend and ran in to a couple of my mom's nurses. We got to be close because I was always there with my mom before she died. I said hi to them and they didn't know me. They couldn't believe it was me. I actually had to take my drivers license out and show them!!! We all had a wonderful night dancing and laughing and talking the night away. One of them was still shaking her head when we left to go home...funny!!! Hugs and love ....connie d
