Hey all! Just another little question! What was your biggest "WOW" moment thus far? Ya know, the one that brought you to tears because it was the meaningful, big ect! For me it was last summer when I was able to fit on ANY ride at the fair with my girls!!!! That was HUGE for me! Because that was also the same senerio that made me wake up and see that "Houston, we have a weight problem!"~ when I couldn't fit on rides my eldest wanted to go on or my butt didn't even fit in the slots for the big slide and had to walk sideways up those stairs and couldn't slide down so I had to let my daughter go down and I had to go back down the stairs. SO, that was HUGE WOW for me to be able to take my youngest down the big slide and my older 2 on any ride because I FINALLY fit!!! WHAT'S YOURS?????

Morning Sandie!!! So far I've had two. The first was a couple weekends ago I was in the basement doing laundry and my youngest Gabi called for me from upstairs. I RAN up the stairs to see what was up. I stopped at the top realizing what I'd just done and cried... before surgery I could barely maneuver the basement stairs let alone run them The second was last weekend, cleaning out old clothes I came accross my favorit pair of denim capri's from last summer, they are sooo huge on me now that I can fit into one leg of them... that was pretty cool too. What a great question! Have a fantabulous weekend!!!!

You know what, I had a WOW last night. I know, not the post-op wow or anything like all of you, but it was huge for me and I cried! I bought a dress yesterday at Kohl's. My favorite colors (gray/black/purple) and it's a silky wrap dress. I bought it because it was on an 80% off clearance sale and I got it for $10. Size Large, for when I shrink. I brought it home last night and just for the heck of it decided to try it on. Ya, it doesn't fit right, but it was silky and stretchy enought that I could get it on at least. I went to show my husband and kids the new dress for when I'm smaller and my boys ran up to me and hugged and kissed me and said how pretty I was in my new dress. They couldn't stop gushing over me. My DH was saying it, too. I just cried. I can't wait 'til that dress fits like it is supposed to! That was my "Wow, I can't wait for my surgery" moment! Love ya Sandie!

Amy That is so cool! I try to keep at least one thing in the next size down.. a pair of pants and a shirt... then I try it on every saturday until it fits... it's kinda cool cuz each week I get a little closer and a little closer until voila!!! I wanna see pics when the new dress fits missy!

Amy, you've got ME all teary too for that precious WOW moment! Your boys are just too darn cute for their own good! Any chance I'll get to go spinnin' down the hill with them tonight?? My BIGGEST wow was one I posted about last fall, when I was able to do the whole disc golf course at Bryant Lake without even breaking a sweat! The same disc golf course that defeated and humiliated me before I even made it to the 2nd hole a couple of years ago. I hiked the entire hilly course, up & down some really rather treacherous timber stairs, didn't have to stop, didn't feel like I was gonna have a massive coronary and die right there, and did't spill one single bead of sweat the whole time!! That was a WOW on so many levels, I called Rich and cried all the way home. Man....
