I been getting fruit in by drinking Tropicana OJ Light and Healthy it's made with splenda.

Okay, I must be the odd one here, 'cuz I've never even considered canned fruit!  What's up with that?  I will have apple once in a while, cored & sliced - one apple = 4 servings!  Or banana, 1 = 2 or 3 servings!  Or I will add frozen berries to my plain yogurt and sweeten it with a bit of Splenda.  Other than that, I haven't done much in the way of fruit..  I would think that canned fruit in it's own juice would be WAY better for us than anything in any kind of syrup, light or otherwise.
