Awe Connie! Lots of hugs to you!   10 years ago I started experiencing anxienty, panic attacks that I seriously though I was going to die.  I thank the Lord ofr my therapist and meds, cuz I sure wouldnt be where I am today without them.  Good thoughts and prayers to you and your family.
