80's today in this part of the state, today. Don't you love it! Enjoy as the these kind of days are getting fewer and fewer...
QOTD-What is your biggest challenge lately? I'm really trying to cut the grazing I've been doing. Being at home a lot has made this a big challenge for me. It's so easy to graze-eat with the band and I know it will catch up with me if I don't stop. I'm not buying my trouble foods, like peanut butter. I'm also just doing 3 meals and 2 small snacks.
Want to nip this in the bud....

Good Morning!
Drinking CL now at work. 

I love Summer and Fall, but these days are crazy.  It's damp and yucky here now, but I heard it will be 80 when Nick comes home on the bus.  I wasn't sure what to dress him in today.

QOTD-staying awake!  We're going through another non-sleep period with Nick.  He has been waking up around 3am for the day.  Dave and I are pretty much walking zombies.  Last night I had a school committee meeting and my eyes kept drooping.  It was pretty embarrassing!  Luckily I only have to stay at wor****il 2pm today.

Good Morning Michigan :)

Water for me this morning, Followed with a protein drink and lots of vitamins.  Yum...  lol.  I Love Love Love the fall weather.  I'm pretty excited that I am now 40# away from my goal weight.  I am not excited that I feel like I am going bald.  I have started taking biotin and I hope it helps, I would not look good bald.  :) 

QOTD-  My biggest challenge lately has been getting my water in and staying away from the foods I know I shouldn't eat.  Now that my pouch is a little less fussy I find it easier to "try"  foods I probably shouldn't.  I am going to my second support meeting tonight.

I love fall-since September 1st my house is decorated with fall leaves, plants and pumpkins, and I am trying to stretch out the Halloween icicles that I bought so I can hang them.

Grazing, definitely. I do fine all day, then at night I go wild.  I brought ice cream back in the house and have a bowl each night along with a handful of nuts.  Just enough to keep me right where I am weight-wise.

My bedroom is all fall leaves, etc.  It has been that decor since last fall when I moved here.  Prior it was my favorite flower...lilacs!  You should consider that.  I am going to decorate today (I like to wait for the first official day)! For my bedroom, I just need to make the fall quilt I been meaning to learn to do it.  I got all the fall fabrics last year.

Good Morning!

I'm waking up to protein hot chocolate.  WOW what a muggy day!  I am on vacation the rest of the week getting ready for my up coming surgery.  I have "winter" things I do every year and decided to get them done now so I'm not scrambling in mid-November to do them.  I really don't know much about the recoup time on the TT but don't want to take any chances on not getting things done.

QOTD-  I"m not getting my water in like I should lately so by the end of the night when I realize just how little I have drank all day I start plugging away at it and then I'm up all night "going".  So today I'm going back to writing it down . . that is the only way I can keep myself accountable.

Good Morning all!

Boy I slept like a baby last night.  Must have been the Tylenol Pm I took before going to bed :-)  I wish I could have stayed in bed a few hours longer.

I had a glas of skim milk this morning and now having a half cup of Weight Control oatmeal. 

QOTD:  My biggest challange lately (and really ever since I had surgery) is getting in 64 oz of water or fluids each day.  I also struggled with getting in all my vitamins, but now am on a pretty good schedule and I think I've made a habit of it.  Another challenge for me is I tend to eat the same foods day after day.  I need to be less afraid to try new things.  I'm not so afraid of getting sick as much as I'm afraid it will stop my weight loss.   It's all mental, I know, but I'm working on it (that's why I'm having oatmeal today for breakfast instead of my normal Carbmaster yogurt!).
