Fabulous Friday Wake-up
Happy Friday, everyone! It is a beautiful day out, its payday, and all is right with the world-at least for the moment.
I am going to a golf outing this Saturday-not golfing,just helping to work the course, and then I am dog-sitting my brother's dog Saturday night.
I need a day like you described, Brenda, to just sit on the couch and veg all day.
And Pam, I have friends who punk out on me too, and I hate that! I hate it when girlfriends won't put a little energy into the friendship-we are all tired, stressed and broke, so at least we should make an effort to enjoy the good company of friends.

What a beautiful morning, when for a little stroll this morning and enjoyed the nice flowers in every ones yards! I love getting out early before everyone is up.
I had skim milk this morning but getting ready for a protein fruit smoothie.
QOTD- I'm on afternoons this weekend so will be doing a little yard work and playing with my grand-daughter in the mornings. Will stop by the local flea market on Saturday morning to see all the treasures and hope to do a little relaxing on the porch with a sf Popsicle.

Drinking some iced tea then on to lunch. Carbmaster yogurt, go lean crunch and fresh blueberries.....YUMMY.
Nan, I drink caffeine all the time. I think the limitation is only for the first few months to make sure your getting in enough fluids.
Q: Let's see, my little brother (he's 46, isn't it funny how he'll be my little brother forever, no matter how old we get LOL), his girlfriend and dog are coming over to have dinner, and their going to spend the night, and start their journey back to Phoenix tomm :(, I won't see him till Christmas now. Then Saturday I'm getting a massage, then going to a mead wine open house (a co workers son started a mead wine business...it's pretty cool). Then Sunday we'll be relaxing with a walk in the woods or a long bike ride... something outside for sure.
