Thanks Randy
I do feel like a new person but right now I'm not moving to fast or far. I'll be having my left knee totally rebuilt on the 17th of April. I tore the ACL, MCL and the LCL tendons into pieces. So I'm a slow mover these days.

I'm glad I could help you. I never thought I'd ever get as small as I have. I wouldn't change a thing. I was never given any goal weight as my doctor told me it was not about a number but about feeling good. He's a very smart man. I've just gone with the flow and let things go where they may. I know alot of people fret over stalls or the little bit of what I call rebound weight which btw I was thankful for This past summer I got so busy with work and running around I dropped down to an all time low 118 pounds scared me a bit there that was way to small for someone of my structure. I played heck adding a few pounds but now I feel much better not nearly as tired and holding steady. The more you lose the more active we become and the easier the weight comes off or at least for me it did. Keep your chin up go with the flow its a fantastic voyage. I bet you'll surprise yourself as much as I did. Oh and if you'd like a bit of a snicker read my last entry on my profile about seeing the doctor who made me mad enough in the first place to pursue wls. He's none other then the ortho who will be doing my knee in April. Dawn
