Whats up, your here all by yourself?

My morning coffee is delayed until after my blood work at 8:30. After that, its my regular cup, triple shot expresso with milk and Any Whey.

The lab was a piece of cake. I love that girl. I didn't even feel her poke me. Hopefully it is a key indicator of the rest of my day.

Morning Ladies and Gentleman,

I am up too and it is a beautiful morn. I am waiting impatiently for a little warmer mornings to get out there and stretch my legs out and walk about town. For some reason, my pouch wanted one of my homeade protein bars this morn. Unusual for me, but oh well. I do have the coffee pot ready to go, just the usual Folger's Simply Smooth for Sensative Stomachs. So now I have to wait my hour, just me and the bunny Allie.
