Well, I finally got my walk in. I walked outside probably 3 miles. A friend and I walked for about 45 mins. It was refreshing. It is a tad cold, but when your moving it feels good. See you tomorrow.

Kicked my own bootie into high gear these last 10 days. Did 40 min at tilt 3.5. at 3.5 miles per hr.; and then recm. bike for 20 min. at 4 miles. I am back in the saddle again going strong! Keep up the great work all. Hugs, Judy R
