Sad thing is Mt Pleasant only has outdoor strip malls. However, I often get a cart, and walk around Sams club or Wal Mart for exercise.  Not much inside here in hooterville usa....not yet!!!  Hope to be able to join you guys sometime for a walk! Stacey W

We have scheduled the next Walk & Talk for Mt Pleasant on Tues, March 18 at 6pm.  We are hoping to walk outside.  We can bundle up as long as it is not rainy.  Is there a park, railtrail, or somewhere safe to walk?  Thanks for any info and hope to see you there. Kelly

Well, yet another day I can't come.  Being interviewed for a local program here on campus about exchange students and we are filming the interview portion at 6pm.  Go figure.   Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Its ok Stacey, I was one that help promote this last week, and I slipped on the ice yesterday at Dow Gardens, and my bad knee is killing me.  So I am going home to ice it and put it up. We will all get together one day.

ouch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   sorry to hear of that Pam!  I've fallen a couple times this winter myself and it isn't fun.  Elevate it and keep it iced (sounds weird but will keep the swelling down) In the meantime, maybe one of these days we can do a Midland something or other!
