Anyone heard of these.  I work at Midland Mall, and we have a new cart that is selling this vitamin.  I tried it today, and man in 5 minutes I felt the rush of the B vitamins.  It was very pleasant tasting, but apparently mixed in OJ is untasteable. It is 0 cals, 0 carb and 0 sugars and sweetened with Stevia.  Its a mail order and can be a MLM thing if you want.   Any experiences with it would be appreciated. Thanks

There's a guy on the Main Board who often refers to this - he swears by it.  I checked it out once and it seemed like it was pretty good as far as balance of nutrients.  But it is very expensive when you compare it to normal chewables (I use Centrum Chewables right now).  I think I pay about 40 cents per day for my 2 pills but the GBG stuff was like $1.60 per day (1 dose/day).  I have a vitamin comparison chart posted on my blog (link in my siggy) that I posted a couple weeks ago.  I'd suggest comparing the nutrients side by side with the liquid stuff and whatever you're taking now or what your surgeon recommends.  Pam

Thanks Pam, I thought about posting it on the main board for a wider spectrum, but wanted to try it here first.  I thought of doing a search too. The one thing I am also considering, it would also replace my b-12, and biotin, vitamin C that I take. I am just in thought process right now. Pam
