ANYONE FOR TUESDAY COFFEE
Sorry its afternoon but I've had quite the day here.
Got to work this AM and was feeling under the weather bad.
About 9am decided to go home sick and when I got home my big boss indicated he needed a doctors note regarding today's leave. So I went to CMCH (ack) redi care, my BP was 189/110 and they sent me immediately to ER where I was having another asthma attack. mind you, since WLS, my asthma has not taken place but it's kicked back in full throttle. They gave me 3 breathing treatments, IV meds and fluids -I was there 3 hours and they also gave me 3 scripts that cost me nearly 59.00. I am home now, which is where I should have been. I have upper respiratory infection and asthma (diagnosis) and the meds make me sleepy.
I am also not thrilled that when i left work early today, they requested a doctors excuse for my absence- since I had come in to begin with at 6am and left at 9am.
However, I am on the sofa, sipping hot tea and eating some applesauce.
I feel better now that I been able to spit that up! No pun intended.
