Well, I finally registered and decided to take part in the forums. I have been reading up on as much as I can. I have already completed the 6 months with the doctor, I had my orientation, just had the psyc exam, and now Im waiting. I have to wait for the psyc report and then they will approach my insurance company for approval. So, not sure what the average time frame is but my ducks are in a row and Im ready to proceed. Just wanted to say "Hello" to everybody and I'll be checking in each day. :)

Welcome.. its a wonderful group here. As for the waiting for surgery.. I only had to wait 2 months. MMPC was great at getting me in really fast to all my pre-op appointments. I was approved for surgery less tnan 2 days from my INS. I was luck I guess you could say. I'm not complaining!
