Just ME updating AGAIN!!!!

Hello all,  I am not on as often as i would like anymore, at one point as some of you know i was on ALOT... but life keeps me busy, kids grow, divorce happens(whoo hoo), and life goes on.  I am still working on the weight....but i have during this last boost of holidays gained a few and am now plateauing yet again... i have NOT had the surgury i HAVE however lost 83lbs by myself. It had been almost 100 until this last bout of gaining 17lbs...UHG!!!! any ideas on what to change to get back on track???  Also,  I have started my own business and i know this isnt the place to post this...
