I am SO glad to find out that there is a MI board!! Anyhoo - I am a VSG hopeful stuck in WLS purgatory. I have my physical on Monday and meet with the surgeon and behavior person on Wed though!! I cant wait to get this party started!! (and for spring to come!) Just wanted to say HI and Have a good weekend! Gwen

Hey Gwen-Glad you found this site. I didn't think of pointing you here the other day Sorry! I am so psyched today! I had been down in the dumps the last couple of days and when I got the call today from Renee @ Dr Foote's I felt like I already lost 100lbs! I have an appt on Mar 10 to meet with the Nut, Exercise person and the PA. They will tell me about the diet I need to be on for two weeks, etc. Then the week befor I will have lab work done. This month is going to fly by. Enjoy the wekend. At least the sun is out! Carole
