After TLiam's post thought I'd through out some quick updates: 1st, I just got a new puppy.  She's a 6 month old shepard mix and is giving me a run for my money.  She's a great dog 90% of the time, the other 10% she's a 50 pound 6 month old puppy!!!   Any dog handlers/trainers out there shoot me a PM, I need help with this one! 2nd, Down a total of 181 pounds today!  I just looked up my BMI and found out that I'm OVERWEIGHT!!!  Goal is about another 40, that'll put me at normal.  Don't know with my excess skin how low I'll get, I somewhat figure my body will stop when it wants. 3rd, Ran 5 miles last week without any walking.  First time in my life I've ever done that.  Today I went running with a friend and we kept going until I finally said I've got to walk (about 3 1/2 miles).  (remember #1, the puppy is cramping my exercise schedule)  My friend was relieved.  He's an ex-cop and routinely runs 2-2 1/2 miles, but I was out doing him and there was no way that he was going to let me do that! 4th, Won the 'biggest loser' competition at my school for last week.  We've got 40 people doing it and I wasn't really expecting to win any weeks.  I've inspired a lot of the staff to join me.  Thinking this started about 5 months out I wouldn't win any of the weekly weigh-ins.  Most of them are hoping I'll win the overall competition (we've got a $400+ pot) so I can get new clothes. That brings me to the last thing.  I've finally had to buy new clothes!  Yes, I've dropped 180 lbs and had all my clothes still saved (thanks to the parents basement)   The funniest part, my mom told me that when these pants get too big I can give them to my dad.  Now I've NEVER thought him to be a big man! Good luck to all on this wild, wild journey! --Saxman
