Ice skating....bust....SORRY!
Well....we went to the ice rink and waited for them to open to the public for their "OPEN PUBLIC SKATING" only to be told, "Sorry. We have a private party booked from 3-4 today. They wanted the rink to themselves, so they paid to rent the whole place. It's been on our calendar for 2 weeks."
SO for all of you that drove all that way....I APOLOGIZE! I HAD NO IDEA THAT OPEN PUBLIC SKATING WOULDN'T BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, IF SOMEONE DECIDED TO RENT THAT ARENA DURING THAT TIME. SHEESH! They did not make me very happy and I won't be recommending that we go there anytime again, soon.
But we did decide to run to the mall for an hour. I bought a pair of pink and white converse, so not all was lost! LOL!

When hubby saw my shoes, he rolled his eyes and said, "They must've seen you coming."
Hopefully, 'someone' can get something planned again, soon.
Have you given any more thought to going to Indianapolis with your hubby? If you want more info about the mall, it's called Circle Centre (yes it's spelled that way) Mall. Talking about it yesterday reminded me how much we liked downtown Indy....I may have to get my hubby down there for a weekend soon!

I say we pick a weekend and have Shannon as our host to rollerskate in Jackson. If we are the only ones that show up, then that's ok too!
We talked last night, and I'm not going to be able to go to Indy because of the whole baby sitter situation. 
I have my eye on the new Coach purse....it's khaki and PINK for spring! We'll see how my negotiations go!
