Change your routine. Start over from scratch.
Protein shake in the am., Walk, water. Protein bar for a snack more water. Deli meat with cheese and crackers with more water. Protein bar for afternoon snack then more water. Dinner walk and water.

The amount isn't as important as spreading it out over the whole day. 600 cals all at one will send some to storage. The trick is to jump start the metabolism with a shake in am with walking to get things in gear. Your system says you are active and you need energy so you burn fat. You keep it going by eating small meals throughout the day.
