Is it normal?
Sounds like a fantastic-ly normal amount to me- - that is an average of 12 pounds a week... Your body is adjusting to the new way it is put together. That is only the beginning. Remember- that is weight that is going to stay off- not like the old starvation weight loss diets where the moment you eat a piece of lettuce you gain back 5 pounds. This is real weigh loss. Congrats.
