Pack your chapstick and some slippers or socks for walking around in. Right before you breathe in that happy gas, stop and think......"I'm doing this for myself, and the rest of my life is going to be an amazing journey."
When you wake up, try to remember that same thought. If you don't feel good, get up and walk anyway. If you don't want to sip water, do it any way. You'll be glad you did.
