I am sure this has been beaten to death, but you don't pay attention until you need the answer, so please bear with me. From your experience, what kind of GNC protein drink do you find the best.   Thanks for your patience. Patti

I'd have to say in this order: Unflavored "Any Whey" - I use it in my coffee - each scoop has 17 grams of protein.  It can also be used in baking and other recipes you just have to add a little more liquid to compensate for the dry ingredient you add. Nature's best Isopure in Icy Orange.  there are a variety of these (use the blue bottle cap) for sugar free, and they are in glass bottles that come in many flavors.  I have tried Alpine punch, Blue raspberry and a couple others. I always have a bottle or two of Icy Orange in my fridge and on standby for when I need a change.  Each bottle contains 40 grams of "clear isolate whey protein" clear enough to see through and some people like them, some don't. My recommendation is if you purchase many products at GNC that you get a member card.  They cost 20.00 a year and the first 7 days of each month you save 20 percent on ALL your purchases.  If you choose to go with Any Whey, it is a bit pricy.  The 60 serving cannister is 54.99 and I've found it online for 29.99 for 5.00 shipping, and the Isopure is also about 3.59 a bottle.  No discount if you get it in the case. Other drinks I've tried are milky and thick and have too much sweetness so I quit wasting my money on those and went with something I can palate. You look great btw! Stacey W

Stacy - I use the same two supplements.  I mix the Any Whey into a cup of Blue Bunny sugar free yogurt and boom, there's 26 grams of protein.   I also used to drink the Isopure drinks pretty religiously just out of surgery (for about 2 or 3 months).  I've slowed down.  They're more of a treat now.  But you're right, I couldn't tolerate the THICK milk based shakes.  The fruit-juiceness of the Isopure was good. I also still drink the New Whey 42 gram protein shots.  They taste like BUTT (I think) but that's 42 grams in 3oz of fluid, which is nice.

Hi Patti, I also use anyway from GNC, I like it because you can put it in coffee and other warm drinks.  I also have bought a choclate whey big canister from Walmarts for like $13.00 it's Body Fortress  23grms of protein per serving.  I sometime mix with ff milk and add a 1/2 banana and or some other fruit.  It's good.  I've also use and orange protein mix that I got from GNC mix that with milk and you have a creamsicle.  Good too.  You can add a couple tbs. of cool whip to either of the cold protein mixes. Good luck and take care. Kathy A.
