3 month check up!

Had my 3 month check up today....68.6 pounds gone forever! Blood work was mostly fine, except for Vit D and my good cholesteral. Just got to start taking the Vit D pill again once a week, and exercising a little bit more. Other than that, I can't be happier! 228 lbs.

congrats!!!!!!!!! im deficient in vit d also.... they just started me on the weekly prescription... so does it taste nasty having to be ground up??? lol

You will soooo not regret going with the VSG and Dr. Foote. He did such a wonderful job. So good that you can hardly see my incisions. Good luck to you and hope you get what you want. ~Aimee~
