February Ice Skating

Either work for me- so the 16th it is....Valentines day isnt a huge deal so I bet most we cancelling unless someone has a great SO and are planning a big hawaiian trip..lol  I wil be there with knee pads on...Paul -got any extra padding for my knees, ass, elbows and whatever else...I bet I will be the only one wearing a helmet....and arriving on da short bus..meep meep As for after- any place that has cheezbrgrs work for me.LOL Shannon

My daughter goes to the high school there.  It is easy to get to.  Straight down Middlebelt from I-94.  After you pass Pennsylvania Road, about 3/4 of a mile or so, it is on the left hand side.  It is the driveway after the church next to it.  If you get to Sibley Road, you've gone too far.

My daughter has gone to Summit since the doors opened. She ice skates there at the Peak and at Taylor Sportsplex.  I'm still too clumsy to even try it.  Once I get about 150 pounds off, then I'll try it!

Hmmmm....we may have had this conversation before...LOL!  I've been at Summit since 2000, in the elementary.

You never know.  You probably even know my daughter then.  She is a sophmore now at the HS.  Her name is Samantha.

That sure sounds fun. Wished I lived closer. I can't seem to get anyone in my family to go skating with me. I think my daughter's hockey team is playing at this rink on Sat. or Sunday. She is playing against the Belle Tire Girls Hockey team and Victory honda Girls hockey team. Enjoy skating. Lynn
