Got my surgery date

I have mostly just lurked on here and made some posts... I got my call today saying I can have surgery, so I am scheduled for surgery on Feb. 12th. I am excited and nervous all in one.

Thank you everyone! I have gotten nice remarks from some of the people I have told and then I have gotten some not so good remarks. I know I just have to think positive and not think about the people that think it isn't the right thing to do. I am so looking forward to having more energy to do more things with my very active 4 year old daughter.

How Funny I am having surgery the same day with the same doctor. I amhaving the sleeve done so I think I will be in Surgery before you. Good Luck.

That is cool. Do you have to go to a meeting that is like 4 hours and also that gives you food to eat for 2 weeks? I don't know if you have to do that with the sleeve.
