4 month update
It's been 17 weeks (4 months) since my surgery and I have lost 80.5 pounds. I'm so happy I did this for myself.
I exercise 6 days a week at the gym and do 45 minutes to an hour of cardio and then 15 minutes of strength training. Some days I do 30 minutes but that's only once or twice a week I do that. I still hate going, but I manage to get up and do it. I do feel accomplished when done...and sweaty.
I had my labs done and my potassium is back to normal so I stopped taking the potassium pill. My calcium level is good so I'll continue to take the 2 (or 3 if I remember) calcium pills a day. My vitamin A was low so I take 2 beta-carotene pills a day now. I still take 1 iron, 2 multi-vitamins and 2 Ursodiol a day. So all in all - everything is good.
