Do I have to leave town to get plastics done?

Hi guys, I live in Bay City and honestly one of the biggest reasons that I think I would turn down plastic surgery is because I feel like I'd have to go back down to Barix to get it done.  I LOVED Barix, but the traveling was a stress on my family.  Does anyone up in my area have any recommendations for anyone in the area?  I know people who have gotten their arms done in Saginaw at Covenant, but does anyone know anything about reputation.  I'm a ways out from even considering getting anything done, but every day when I look at my arms, belly, boobs when I'm naked in the mirror, I think a little bit stronger about considering having some work done.   I would love to hear what locals have had done and where and how they feel about it.

Anna, I was refered to Dr Komerowski (sp?) in Bay City not to long ago for another matter.  From what I understand, he is the top in Bay City.  There are a couple at Covenat in Saginaw that are suppose to be good.   I have a contact that works at Covenant if you want more information. Pam
