A Powerful Inspiration for this New Year!

... and I'm not even in it!!!    I had nothing to do with it and have no financial interest in it.  It is just the most powerfully motivational short clip I've ever seen, so I put it on my blog! I really loved that 212 video!!!   I sent it to my personal trainer who will like it as much as we do! I also took a look at your video.  I liked what you said about how the post-op journey helps to retrain the way we do things relating to health, fitness and nurishing our body by constantly perfecting the way we envision our future life and and how the constant perfecting leads to new positive "triggers" and releases the old negative "triggers".   Anyway, thank you very much for sharing that.  I really enjoyed it!
