need to get back on the wagon!
have had a little weight gain--my own fault--not exercising like i should or being as careful about what i am eating......i need a refresher--how many total grams of Carbs should we have a day (i am 3 years out) and what is the sugar breakdown there................thanks and hugs! my protein intake is ok.but i know my carbs are over.....hugs the Carey too!!!....thanks so much, rae
I averaged my stuff out a while ago-
I was getting 87 grams of protein
27 carbs
and I can only handle 7 grams of sugar and hour.
I take in about 1370 cals a day.
During the winter I do less stuff too. I train Terri for her mud wrestling on the weekends so that helps.
